Envision a Public space transformed with a captivating new stair and stage structure, meticulously crafted to enhance safety, functionality, and aesthetics. The project encompasses a sturdy stage structure with ample storage space underneath, a 19-step staircase leading to the first floor, and a mezzanine extension for seamless connection. Glass balustrades with tempered clear glass and steel tube handrails ensure safety while adding an elegant touch. Ceiling steel mesh adorns the ground and first floors, supported by a robust steel structure. A steel partition divides the space while steel supports ensure its stability. The reception area gains enhanced support with a back wall supporting structure. The project also includes the removal of the old staircase, calculations for the new staircase, the addition of UPN beams for reinforcement, and the construction of a meeting room. Basement support structures for the stairs and stage, sliding door support, and steel support for the slab opening complete the project’s scope.
