The project entailed the expansion of the existing reinforced concrete foundation to accommodate the expanded structure. New RC pedestals were constructed to provide additional support, and a sturdy steel frame was erected to form the backbone of the enhanced structure. Concerned columns were removed and replaced with reinforced concrete columns to reinforce the structural integrity. Aluminum louvers were installed to enhance ventilation and provide aesthetic appeal. An elegant handrail with balustrade glass and decorative spherical elements was incorporated for both safety and visual appeal. The project was successfully completed, effectively enhancing the structure’s functionality and aesthetics.
