Project Delivery and Execution

Project timelines are estimates based on material availability, workforce, site readiness, and external conditions.
The Client must provide accurate specifications, drawings, permissions, and approvals and ensure site readiness to avoid delays.
The Company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, regulatory changes, customs holds, or third party suppliers.

Warranties and Responsibilities

The Company warrants that its work will conform to the agreed specifications and applicable Saudi standards and industry best practices.
The warranty does not cover misuse, improper maintenance, alterations by third parties, or normal wear and tear.
Clients must inspect deliverables on receipt and notify the Company of issues within the period stated in the contract.

Health, Safety, and Compliance

The Company follows applicable health and safety regulations and reasonable site protocols.
The Client is responsible for providing safe access, permits, and site inductions where required.

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, technical documents, and website content are owned by the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
